YSK Construction & Electrical Sdn.Bhd. is a general contractor with fully authorized licences from Suruhan Tenaga and CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia) based in Kuala Lumpur. Our specilizations are general construction and electrical services within the residential, commercial and industrial field. We currently service clients requiring a builder which focuses on building quality custom designed home based on project rates. Most of our high profile clients need personalized service which is essential for the efficient construction of their dream home. We work closely with our clients, consultants and architects. Besides building custom designed homes, we also undertake commercial projects, specializing in office renovation. With short building time being typical of our client’s fast moving needs, we have become extremely efficient in managing “fast-track” projects, which we believe is our strongest asset. The outstanding record and experience of our team is further highlighted in our annual turnover, from which a major part is contributed by repeat clients.

Electrical Project

YSK was originally incorporated in 1993 as Yew Koon Electrical Trading, focusing mainly on installation and cabling works for private homes, factories and offices. As the demand in the building industry grew, the company adopted the present name to reflect its diversification into the building industry.The incorporation has made it possible for us to further strengthen and develop our skills in continuation of its 15 years of experience and expertise in the planning, design and implementation of projects covering a complete range of electrical services.
